Keolis Gironde (hereinafter the “Publisher”) has chosen to publish, operate, and make available the website keolis-gironde.com (hereinafter the “Site”), which primarily aims to provide information on Keolis Gironde, its activities, and news.
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the “GTU”) govern the legal conditions for providing the Site’s services to users (hereinafter the “User”).

8.1 Export of Your Personal Data
You may request an export of your user data on our site. To do so, contact our DPO at dpd.aquitaine@keolis.com. You will receive an email at the address provided to confirm your request. Once confirmed, we will send a link enabling you to download your data. For security, this link has a limited duration, so please download your data by the specified date.
8.2 Deletion of Your Personal Data
You may also request the deletion of your data from keolis-gironde.com. To do so, contact our DPO at dpd.aquitaine@keolis.com. We will send you an email for confirmation. Upon receipt of your confirmation, we will permanently delete your email and the related data. You will receive a final email confirming the deletion.

10. Force Majeure

Any dispute relating to the use of this Site is subject to French law.
These GTU are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute regarding the validity, interpretation, or execution of the GTU, the Publisher and the User agree to seek an amicable solution within sixty (60) calendar days.
If amicable resolution fails, any dispute related to the interpretation, validity, and/or execution of the GTU will be submitted to the competent courts, even in the case of multiple defendants or third-party claims, for emergency or interim measures, by summary procedure or by petition.
12. Claims
